It should just sow the partition, not set it again (without parameter)

tup seems not to know MMC Version 5.0. There is
a switch matrix, which only goes up to 4.0 ?!?
Let me know if I can do something to go ahead with this bug.

case for "mmc hwpartition" - it denies its existence ;)
