The problem is that we need the opposite convertion. Kconfig is
generating macro value with "" quotes. We need that macro without
quotes in C code.

I just got my hands on chiliboard to start using device-model
drivers. Unfortunately this board does not boot already on master
branch. `git bisect` returned d0851c8937067ad396f
ard - so I cannot switch them
off. I'm connecting USB device to one of it ports. I see no any
dependency between any connected USB device and the problem.
