The first time u-boot-v2 detects this NAND? Or after Linux had at least used
it one time? Maybe a OOB layout confusion.

Check if the settings in i.MX35's CCM-RCSR register (the *not* read only ones)
are setting in a correct manner. If not, this is one reason for this type of

Does anybody see a behaviour like ours on his/her MPC5200B based system?
Does anybody have an idea what the difference between U-Boot und Linux could
be? Bug? Feature?
