We received a notification from a customer that the Ireland Time Zones sprung
forward too early.
According to what I found the following is true:
Last Sunday of March 01:00 GMT - Last Sunday of October 01:00 GMT = GMT+1
Last Sunday of October 01:00 GMT - Last Sunday of March 01:00 GMT =

They can try running this shell command:
$ TZ=Europe/Dublin date
