You can use the indy POP3 component. I've used it in Delphi 7 and it's
fairly simple.

I am seeing a problem whereby some messages from the remote client are not
seen by the twsocket component. For each request from my application to the
remote client, I should be getting back 8 separate message lines. For the
first 3 hours it works ok and then the socket starts to receive only 4 or
eFrom or Receive.
