The dates on the majority of the files that I downloaded from the
Subversion V6 repository in the vc32 directory are for 6/24/08.

change. We split the old ICS package into a run-time and a design-time
package. Please read ReadMe7.txt. There are now HTTP and HTTPS client
demos available for CB2006, CB2007 and CB2009.
