The only case where I found the ICS hidden window could not be registered
was when the user had previously installed a third party component which
actually contained a hidden ICS TWSocket renamed to something else. The one
who picked ICS and renamed everything forgot to rename the hidden window

OK, so all causes I'm aware of why this error could happen doesn't apply.

when he runs a larger number of instances (around 30) of FTP application
based on ICS. I tried the same, but could not replicate it. I was wondering
