Arno, I thing you of course right. Yes, test file created by Outlook Express
and by my usage strings returned empty too. I will use OnPartHeaderEnd,
OnHeaderEnd events (how my program worked before with OnPartBegin,
OnPartHeaderBegin?).

I have some problem:
I called MimeDec::DecodeFile() with attached file as argument,
in event handler OnPartBegin (OnPartHeaderBegin too)
Sender->PartFileName.c_str() and Sender->PartName.c_str() return empty string.
I just installed latest version of ICS, with previos ver. my code work
