supports in openssl docs.

I have been looking into ICS V7 for use with TLS, but I have a few
questions that need answering.
1.
First off, does ICS V7 support the newest TLS version 1.2 ?

On the ICS website it says the OpenSSL 0.9.8e or 0.9.8h are required for
ICS-SSL.
In what manner are they required by ICS-SS
