You are confusing Delphi 7 and ICS v7.

that case opened the wrong package file. Open up
"DXe2Install.groupproj" from the Install folder. Once there, compile
the "OverbyteIcsDXe2Run.bpl", and then install the
"OverbyteIcsDXe2Design.bpl". You will see these on th

available as download from EMBT is on the XE2 Partner DVD.
