Been a while. Need to reboot a device in the
middle of the night via a Web page.
Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
I know that I am being vague. I'll probably
need this program to reboot different devices
on different schedules.

We have a number of clients that we want to monitor
Internet connectivity--many are behind firewalls.
I was thinking of a small, unobtrusive program that
would every 15 minutes or so, fill out a form on
our website that would include a traceroute path,
with ping times.
