Thanks for your email and yes it worked however I am looking for the TCPServer
& UDPSServer components & not the components that were installed from the
IcsDel50.dpk, is this because I am working with Delphi 5? Would a later
version of Delphi, for example Delphi 8 install the TCPServ

I checked right now. The icsdefs.inc file is in icsbeta20060101.zip.

Maybe you've messed the icsdefs.inc file up modifying it by yourself?

Definitely not need to have a separate forlder for each Delphi version !
There is only one ICS for _all_ delphi/win32 version (V2 to V2006 excpet V8)
and Delphi/Win16 (V1). There is

Hi,
I am using Delphi5 and I am trying to install IcsDel70.dpk, it came down
with the following bugs:
[Error] IcsDel70.dpk(23): Invalid compiler directive: 'ALIGN'
[Fatal Error] IcsDel70.dpk(48): Required package 'vcl' not found
Is ther anyway out of the problem?
