Verified the new xenial-proposed openssl and libssl debs, both AES and SHA performance have been significantly improved. We tested the following packages from xenial-proposed on arm64 (aarch64 with fp asimd evtstrm aes pmull sha1 sha2 crc32) and the performance result is as expected: libssl1.0.0_
