triggers are now processed near the end of upgrade, due to changes in
dpkg itself.

Well, Ubuntu 12.04 goes EOL today, so I guess it's wontfix for it. Can
you change the status, or simply remove Precise entry? I don't have

BTW, the patch is finally accepted upstream, it's available in poppler
0.50 (though neither Debian nor Ubuntu picked that version yet). There's
a correction for this patch as well in the repo.

Same happens in xplayer (a fork of Totem). When trying to play a .wmv
file, it shows an error dialog about no support for Windows Media Audio.
In the terminal it shows this message:
