In the beginning, I meant to fix it like that
e.g running systemd-tmpfiles for all files in /var/lib/tmpfiles.d/ not just for
systemd defined files, by running it without argument

with g_free)
and glib2.0 patch is needed in my test.

The killswitches-no-urfkill autopkgtest fails sometimes because nmcli
reports the old state when it's called right after rfkill block/unblock.
Adding a sleep before calling nmcli fixes the issue.
