After successful upgrading to Ubuntu 15.10 from 15.04, restart system option
couldn't boot, seemed in a loop, showing mouse pointer in the center of the
screen for few seconds and then a blinking cursor at the upper left corner,
instead. Used Ctrl+Alt+Del to reboot and sele
The error doesn't affect me but annoyingly force me to change the boot
option at grub menu failing which ends up in loopin boot process.

Applied the patch successfully but failed to reboot with the same
symptoms, created journal1.txt please find attached herewith. On second
attempt systemd worked fine.
Pls note yesterday applied partial upgrade as well.
