Few months ago, I updated my Ubuntu to latest LTS, 20.04.1
That didn't help. But... after a bunch of regular updates and upgrades, today,
I have deleted line which "fixed" issue with dummy output/input.
version 5.9.5 (current version in Ubuntu 18.04 is 5.9.4) would also help
since it also contains an important bug-fix for everyone who uses
textures with Qt3D (https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-64133)

I manually fixed this issue with bad GUI representation of process execution.
You have to remove some old or not any more synchronized repositories.
In terminal, execute command: sudo apt update
This will tell you witch repos are bad, examples:
E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/
I have the same issue on my Dell G3 3590
I "fixed" output (https://www.linuxuprising.com/2018/06/fix-no-sound-
dummy-output-issue-in.html), on similar way as others, but input /
internal microphone remains undetected (unplugged, as pulse audio says).
External microphone works fine and it saves me

I can't drag a window from my laptop monitor to secondary monitor
positioned above my laptop, seems that the unity panel lock the window
dragging.
If i try to drag a window from the secondary screen to my laptop screen
all is working fine.
