I have the same problem. For me it started after I upgraded to Xubuntu
14.10 (from 13.10). However, it only happens when I create a new user
that has a fresh gnome-do configuration. For my existing user gnome-do
still works fine.
I tried removing and purgin the gnome-do-plugins package but that di

existing account where gnome-do works fine to a new account, but that

This still happens on a Dell Latitude E6430 with docking station and two
external DVI monitors running Linux Mint 19 (based on Ubuntu Bionic)

Was working in Ubuntu 17.04, broken after upgrade to 17.10, installing
signon-ui from the PPA
(0.17+17.10.20171027+really20160406-0ubuntu1~ppa1) resolved this for me.

I think this bug caused the upgrade from 7.04 to 7.10 fail on my system,
telling me that the system may be in an unstable state. Really annoying.

When ripping a CD to the FLAC format with Sound Juicer (and based on the
upstream bug also Rhythmbox, and maybe also affects other applications),
it creates corrupted files (e.g. when you test them with "flac -t").

This is the first problem I had with Nvidia drivers on linux.
With my previous AMD graphics cards I couldn't even play most games without
severe graphics issues.
Not even talking about AMD cards barely receiving specific support from
game/engine devs in general in contras

TEST CASE #1:
1. Open dialer-app
2. Select "Contacts" icon
3. Select "Favorites"
4. Select a contact
5. Quickly select contact's phone number
6. Selected number is put into the dial pad screen
EXPECTED RESULT:
dialer-app allows You to dial the number

The fix is already released. Update lxc, then update the kernel.

Today, it's elected to be plain blue - instead of mosaic/collage. :-)
Interestingly this happens when choosing "Suspend" from a logged in session.
If I lock the screen (to the "Switch user" screen) and select suspend, then
resume is all fine.
My graphics card is:
jhb@ThinkPad-W510:~$ lspci | g
I'm not sure, but I think it's the greeter lock screen.
I suspend the laptop, then resume - and have it set up to demand password
validation?
