Thanks for the pastebin. In that case the pages seem to have several layout
issues which may have impacted scrolling inertia.
Still it is more surprising in the case of Google+ pages since it's a basic

Ah, that's a very interesting observation; that would make it less like a
web component issue, and more like a touch input problem, ie at the system
level, not app.

I was using OOM as an example. I this case, it appears the missing
/etc/dnsmasq.conf file might be the culprit.
So first start of lxc-net, dnsmasq never starts.
After that, it will never start, unless a hard reboot is done.

I had to remove both lines, in my case.
And this is likely a less than correct fix. I'm under the gun to get a
client machine I'm hosting setup to run many of their sites in LXC
containers, so time I invested looking at this fix was minimal.

There's no requirement for /etc/dnsmasq.conf to exist for lxc-net to
start correctly.
There is a requirement though for /etc/resolv.conf to reference at least

Trying on my MX4 with image 15.04/r4, I can't see that at first sight.
Tested with Google+ (the canonical app), and Facebook. I couldn't login
with ogra's G+ but the different UA seemed to introduce a different feel
to the public home screen. So that may be due to css code that thinks
it's on Chrom

Upstream has generally recommended against loading it by default, claiming the
default sink should only be changed on user interaction.
It also kicks out possible role-based routing (i e, phone call on a USB headset
and music on speakers).
