Summary
In case there is a crashing application as a result of the shutdown command
(Menu -> shutdown ), the shutdown process hangs with the message:
`A stop job is running for crash report submission daemon ( [x]s / 1min
30s)`
Steps to reproduce

I'd like to emphasize, that this bug results in the disability to
shutdown and therefore enforces a hardware shutdown in certain
situation.
I reported it a little while ago, but it's present for several years.

Apparently there was a problem with the sample output rate. I had to
`set both default-sample-rate and alternate-sample-rate to 48000 in
/etc/pulse/daemon.conf`
Apparently switching the output sample rate for devices takes about 4
seconds.

After closing ibus by task bar -> icon -> rightclick -> `Close` it seems
to be impossible to restart it.
Here some ways that should work and how they fail:
1) Menu -> ibus
-
- opens iBus settings
- starts ibus service
Problems:
- No keyboard input is actu
> It's not clear to me why you would want to kill the ibus-daemon
process in the first place
I would say that's no valid argument because:
1) It has a "Quit" option. If you should not quit it, there should be no "Quit"
option in the menu.
2) ibus is not system critical. Non-system critical proces
This is the icon I have in my task bar.
Right clicking opens a menu with:
- Preferences
- Emoji Choice
- About
- Restart
- Quit

Indeed. I took some hours to try it myself on a fresh installation. The
bug didn't appear. I will try to find out more about the environment and
post infos as soon as I have them. Maybe it's something that only
happens through the upgrade...
