We now have an on/off toggle for mobile data (cellular data) in the
network indicator. It's scheduled for OTA 12, but before landing we'd
like to get more testers to give it a try.
Users familiar with the citrain tool can install this from silo 80 and
report their findings to this bug report.

(krillin #104).

@tony indicators are restarted by upstart. If the respawn limit is
reached it means that the indicator crashes constantly upon starting and
that's _bad_.
This bug was reported before the i-network branch was part of the
landing.
There are two bugs in one on this: one is about flightmode crashing
I would say none of the components should ever hit the respawn limit.
There is a fix on away that should remedy this situation for i-network.
But as I said, I'm haven't had any recent reports of i-network hitting
the respawn limit. So, I will mark this as incomplete and close it if
nobody reports
