Import LXC 5.0.3
- imported LXC 5.0.3 original sources
- dropped all debian/patches which are present in the LXC 5.0.3 already
- added autopkgtest to ensure that LXC_DEVEL is always 0
- aligned package names with the Debian

I think UEFI spec says to not check timestamps against current time. But
I am not sure it says it is ok to have signature time to be outside of
the cert validity. Which violates pkcs7 signature spec.

I also would like to opt-out to the Netplan Backend in NM, without recomplie
the whole stuff.
As already written on that page*, I dont like to be forced to that backend.
It could be such a easy job, if the original keyfile plugin would not be
patched that way it got - and if it could be compiled
Just a note to say that it still occurs with version 5.15.0-89 of the
kernel
