1) Followed the steps in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed
to make updated version of rsync available.
2) Prepared some files for testing (Note: the figures in the filenames
indicate the timestamp in source and destination respectively, 0 meaning
not existant):

This is a serious bug.
CMS_final() finalises the structure cms. Its purpose is to perform any
operations necessary on cms.
CMS_final() call to SMIME_crlf_copy() and not checking the return value
from SMIME_crlf_copy() so even SMIME_crlf_copy() fail, CMS_final() will
return ok but with wrong CMS

On a fresh 22.10 install, I tried to install systemd-boot by running
bootctl. I get a message saying
"
Command 'bootctl' not found, but can be installed with:
sudo apt install systemd
"
But actually the package to install is systemd-boot.
