regression was seen, so now britney is not seeing it as regression anymore.

Can confirm, but haven't figured out why it occurs sometimes, and
sometimes it doesn't. Definitely no indication of the problem on any UI,
Wifi seems to be connected, it's just no internet coming through. Wifi
on/off fixes it for just a few minutes, too. Very annoying problem, and
it is due to Ubun

So there is neither /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/01autoremove-kernels nor
/etc/kernel/postinst.d/apt-auto-removal anymore. Anyway I could not make
'apt autoremove' try to remove current kernel anymore. Tested by apt
2.0.8.

Was able to reproduce, my workaround was a systemd timer to clear the
dhcp lease files and restart networkmanager... which is rather violent.
Confirmed client side problem, Win7,Win10,MacOS Montemery and Android 11
have no problems and do not lose their ipv6 on the same network.
