if it is enabled and I reboot my device, `Mouse Keys` stops working
i.e. when `Num Lock` is disabled, the numeric pad acts like the arrow keys;
when `Num Lock` is enabled, the numeric pad can be used to input digits and
arithmetic symbols

After moving to Impish, my bluetooth headset doesn't automatically
connect when I power it on (it was working fine on hirsute).
When I go to the bluetooth settings, select it and click connect, the first

I don't know much, but this issue affects my Core2Duo E8200 system as well.
Every Ubuntu and it's official flavors fail to install on this C2D E8200 system
of mine.

Since your fix is not found anywhere else, I would be tempted to assume that it
could be affecting other releases of Ubuntu and possibly more.

Ubuntu focuses on netplan with systemd-networkd or Network Manager, and
ifupdown isn't really supported any more except for edge cases not
supported by netplan. Since vlan is supported by netplan, I'm therefore
marking this Won't Fix for the Ubuntu development release.
