With ICU versions >= 61 QTextCodec::codecForLocale() always returns the
utf-8 codec with mib 106 regardless of the value of the environmental
variable LC_ALL or the available locales.
On bionic, which included ICU 60, codecForLocale() returned the correct
codec. On eoan and
I narrowed down the problem I believe. I opened a sine wave audio file
from 0hz to 20khz and clicking gets louder when frequency gets higher.
It is not audible below 600hz, and strongest at 20khz. Btw clicking
speed is not changing.

Also noted behavior. After updating to 20.04 DHCP leases are not renewed
after boot. Unsure if related to above issues, but might be in the
ballpark.

touch inputs are not detected by Ubuntu on this tablet. I'm not sure the
