Tested this with the external monitor connected via VGA

b) using X200s internal VGA output

* The documentation should be updated as well.
* AFAICT _localize() is not handling the lang==NULL case correctly.
* The calls to setlocale() are worrisome; we do use threads at least in the

GNOME Contacts uses a widget that emulates this for address entries with
a custom styling when editing contacts. I think that widget was added
before GTK+ started supporting it.

Just checked on 16, and it looks like this has been corrected. Behavior now is
that it displays a spash screen on every
monitor saying that the session it locked and I will be redirected shortly,
then I get the lock screen on all displays.
I'd say this can be closed.

after doing Ctrl+Alt+F1, everything was black (except for the cursor
blinking on the internal display), and I was unable to switch back to
