I installed cosmic daily build 0509, the alsa-lib is 1.1.6-1ubuntu1, it
worked well.
Waiting for the bionic 1.1.3-5ubuntu1 to be ready.

Public bug reported:
I can manually start lightdm, and that will give me a login screen,
Unfortunately, most of the desktop environments crash after login.
Only plasma gives me a little bit of clients, though even plasma
complains
All shell packages missing
And
Vboxclient warning
Under 17.10,
Is this solved in latest mainline kernel?
