Currently the dpkg terminal log says users should run "jounarlctl -xe"
for more information in cases where services failed. Then we ask bug
reporters to run "journalctl -xe" and submit the info to the bug, which
they usually don't follow up on. It would be nice if Apport by default

disappear both in okular (QT) and firefox. So it looks like the
driverless network printers come from cups.

Have you, after starting CUPS again, completely closed and restarted the
app (Firefox and Okular)? Die you try to restart the desktop (log out
and log in again)? Or the system (reboot)? Does this make the printers
appear again? Also note that DNS-Sd sometimes can have some delay.

I have the same problem.I reinstall 16.04 and work fine before updates,
After updates everything is crashing.Some time I can open Mozilla but
not home or something else.Some friend help me and I move some how all
icons on the top bar. Is nothing on the right bar and looks like working
this way. I h
@Janghou thank m8 for the recomendations, I use Paulo Miguel PPA, but it
doesn't works for me too.
Now I update system with the official update, remove PPA and all is ok now.

I was wrong before. The ppa:paulo-miguel-dias/pkppa did corrected my
problem, which is exactly as Jacob Opstad described in comment #50. To
work it out, after installing the PPA I needed to restart the daemon, or
reboot the system.
