I also did some testing and the only case that won't work without either
the hook, or using the IP_FREEBIND socket option, is when ListenAddress
is set to an IP that doesn't exist yet. Meaning, sshd won't listen on
that IP when it comes up.

the devel series (so in bionic). I would propose forwarding them
upstream and then actually distro-patching them into the current version
in bionic. We can then easily pull those into zesty and xenial.

This didn't make any difference. It seems like the mouse works for
longer time, if I don't connect the keyboard. It also seems like the
mouse stops working when I change the active window (which sounds
strange, I agree). I can switch bluetooth off and on, and then the mouse
works again.

pointing out that the snappy patches depend on the trust-store changes
to a degree. If those dependencies can be isolated, moved to the snappy
changeset, and the trust-store dep dropped, then everyone wins.

since my upgrade to Ubuntu Desktop 17.10 all files moved with drag-and-
drop from any folder to my desktop are copied but not moved.
Using strg+x and strg+v works. When i open the desktop as a folder usual
drag-and-drop from different folders do work without copying the files
Unsubscribing ~ubuntu-archive, this is up to the desktop team to choose
to remove from their seeds and, if they do, our magic reports will tell
us to demote, we don't need a bug for that.

Yeah. That bug hits a lot of applications because GTK+3 does things differently
than GTK+2 in this regard, which is why I submitted the bugreport (and a patch)
