This is not a bug. A startup script, from Oracle's Glassfish, was not
properly written and caused this error at installation of ntp package. I
modified file /etc/init.d/GlassFish_domain1 to include information for
systemd and installation went fine.

I said that the script GlassFish_domain1 was not properly written but it
is a mistake, the script was correct. The error was from systemd because
it cannot recognize a script if this script don't has some extra
information to systemd.

You are correct. Was a local problem and unrelated with ntp package. A
startup script from Oracle's Glassfish, without extra information to
systemd, caused the problem. May be is a systemd's bug. I think that any

profile, using Px means that the exec will fail with 'profile not

That is, choosing the regional settings as "portuguese, Brazil, UTF-8"
does not result in the correct behavior of the '+c combination anymore.

The workaround described in comment #115 does not work either (generating and
exporting the LC_CTYPE=pt_BR.UTF-8)
