This is not a crash. Nothing crashes. It just disconnects immediately
after connect and bluetoothctl is frozen without sudo.
After running apport-collect bluetooth started working without sudo, but
it still failed to connect. This is weird, since I did not use the GUI
applet to connect.

Because generating Packages files for a large directory tree of .deb
packages is expensive, it can cache the properties of .deb package
Just increment the cache version, thus forcing a regeneration. It's
needed anyway so you don't destroy stuff on downgrades.

I'm unsure if this is a bug in jfsutils (which maybe should ship its own
logic like btrfs does), or in initramfs-tools where its testing fails
for jfs, hence the multiple tasks.
