Instead of providing the drop-in and placing it in u-u's preinst I think

I think that perhaps dnsmasq is receiving information from both VPN and LAN.
Perhaps networkmanager should set the dnsmasq to listen only to the VPN "tun"
interface and restart or reload dnsmasq after the VPN is established.

I disagree with the apt patch, well the kill changes. I'm not sure what
you're trying to achieve with that, but I definitely don't want to
terminate stuff using USR1 and I don't want to only kill the main
process (the shell script).

Otherwise apt just gets killed on shutdown and without the kill changes u-u
gets killed too which is the issue here.
If the default KillMode=control-group is kept dpkg gets the signal, too,

I can confirm this one on (X)ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS with XFCE 4.10 desktop.
The suggested fixes work for me aswell.
Another problem appears when bluetooth is disabled on boot (which I
always do because of paranoia ;)).

So, I think I've found the cause to atleast part of the issue. Recently,
the app broke again failing to remember my tabs at all.
Looking in my files, I noticed a ~/.local/share/webbrowser-
app/session.json.lock file, even though the app wasn't running. The

Not sure why oxide is being removed. Various qt-apps/oauth2-gui (search
in kubuntu's ppa, getdeb) are still using it. Didn't you get any
objection from them?
