Has this been every fixed? I currently have this problem with my BQ E4.5 OTA-15.
When I receive any SMS, I press Power button, see the notification and then the
phone crashes.
It keeps trying to restart Unity8 (ubuntu logo with dots), but it does not
succeed.
I long press the power button to rest
As far as I can tell,

works exactly as expected. If I knew where to find the source for this, I'm so
annoyed I might try to decipher it. I'm not very good, but it seems like it

After upgrading from 14.04 LTS to 16.04 LTS, we noticed that LDAP-based
sudo roles stopped working, meaning users that were able to use sudo in
the past, are rejected now.
After investigation, it turned out to be a known upstream bug:

FYI, IIRC this would happen on Touch but on Touch we would explicitly
deny access to network manager in the networking policy group which
suppressed the apparmor denial. Due to the way apparmor works and how
snappy builds up interfaces, we use explicit denials extremely
sparingly, which is why you
@jdstrand the issue is not with apparmor but with XmlListModel trying to
make a request(or access NM) while i am only using `xml` prop, the
content provided as string so no network calls should be made i think.

using the autopilot-qt snap from the store, it doesn't work for me,
because that snap is missing libqttestability.so.
Building an autopilot-qt snap from this branch [1] makes it work for me.
Running it with that, it works fine, I can call the autopilot interface
on D-Bus:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH and testability interface stuff).
What's missing is releasing the linked branch for autopilot-qt.

can try this with normal ping command too.

The property can't work: QSortFilterProxyModel.sortCaseSensitivity
doesn't change the pattern and the superclass doesn't have any signals,
making it impossible to manually update the results.
We 'could' consider overriding the property to make this work. However,
I'm not sure it's particularly use
