The top output doesn't implicate repowerd. Note, however, that the top
output is incomplete so we don't have the whole picture. For future
reference you can take textual snapshots of top with:

For memory it was : "Temporary I disabled apparmor interception for
isc-dhcpd-server by symlinking to disable folder.

and restartet the dhcpd. This solves the problem, but it let the dhc

Brian, I ran the mysql-5.7 autopkgtests with and without the new
apparmor packages and both resulted in the same test failure. I'm fairly
sure that the failure was introduced with the new mysql-5.7 packages
(5.7.13-0ubuntu0.16.04.2) rather than with the new apparmor packages.

This seems like a duplicate of #965371, however that is marked fixed, so
I don't know.
I'm running 16.04.1. I'm setting up OpenLDAP with TLS. I've followed
the instructions at https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/openldap-
server.html#openldap-tls, and test with the comm

Okay new information.
If I restart network-manager right after booting (before suspend) I
can't reproduce.
So maybe make a script to delay network-mananger at boot with solve all
problems?

output of the command (as user) 'pactl list sink-inputs':
- as soon as you unlock the phone
- as soon as you type few digits in dialer-app (step 4 of my previous comment)
