It seems to be that they've added a lot of newlines to the end of the
alert message, scrolling the button below the screen.
Here's an attached example file. Turns out, the OK button is actually
at the bottom of all that whitespace. But a malicious user can just add
miles and miles of whitespace.
For me it happend today as well. It happend when I upgraded a devmode
snap to a new version of a devmode snap (ubuntu-device-flash in
particular). It also happend to ogra with the same snap (but a different
upgrade path). U-d-f is not using any plugs or slots, just the default
policy.

This is visible on the graph attached for both cold and hot start.
cold start:
400: 2.92s
401: 3.63s
hot start:
400: 1.82s
401: 2.14s
It's a regression of +19.55% for cold start and 17.58% for hot star
I thought everything in /sys was built by udev rules? If so any path
changes could be down to changes there rather than in the kernel.
