I'm not sure if/how we solve this, unity8 wants to show the splash
screen as soon as it knows an app is being launched, so that there's an
immediate UI feedback to the user. When we get the first frame from the
client, we hide the splash screen. It works fine for native apps.
Not sure what Xmir do
If I remember correctly, the first of the oopses was triggered by
"service apparmor reload", whilst the second was triggered by "aa-
enforce /usr/sbin/apache2".

comprised of 8 mixed case characters followed by and underscore which
was followed by 4 numbers

This happened on an computer that was installed many years ago, and upgraded on
each LTS version.
When upgrading from 14.04 to 16.04.1, it started telling me that something
wrong happened with sysv-rc, then that there were some "initscripts dependency
