problem is that means apps would not receive that key any more. While a
common standard, it's conceivable that some apps have F11 as a
functional key, so we'd have to take that away from them.

/usr/share/applications.
Another fix would be modify ubuntu-ui-toolkit-launcher to allow teaching
UAL about a custom app on a temporary basis for such custom launches
that aren't apps that we want to ship, but just apps-of-conve

Similar to /etc/dhcp/dhclient-exit-hooks.d/ntpdate, we should ship a
DHCP exit hook for timesyncd to update the timesyncd configuration in
/run/systemd/timesyncd.conf.d/01-dhclient.conf to set the picked up NTP
servers, and restart timesyncd.

With this proposed package, System76 is seeing network-manager crash
upon the first resume from suspend. Anyone else experiencing this?
I'll be looking into this more today.
