This works correctly on Arale and Krillin. I think the only problem is
the header of the dialer says "Sim Locked" but I am still able to make
an emergency call.
I think the fix should be to change the header text to "Sim Locked -
Emergency Calls Only" or simply "Emergency Calls" with a sim locked
I am having the same issue. I first tried with Ubuntu Gnome 16.04 and
then with Ubuntu 16.04. Both have the same issue. Doing "sudo pm-
hibernate" can duplicate the issue. I am attaching a report from lshw.
My computer is a HP Pavilion dv7.

I'm somehow confused. While the attached branch adds a missing
dependency, it seems from some of the comments this is not actually
fixing the bug.
In my particular case:
- I had manually installed libpam-cgfs
- Modified /etc/pam.d/common-session as suggested [1] (although the branch does
not see
Mathew Hodson (mathew-hodson), files in both packages don't have build-
dep and clean completion, so this inconsistency is probably another bug.

I think I got this bug. I upgraded to 16.04 because my update manager proposed
that I do so.
I first had a message that I should choose between lightdm and gdm3. I chose
the default: lightdm.
Then systemd failed to install, then (I don't know in what order)

lidpam-systemd
gvfs-daemo
I read you Phoronix comment while updating my own copy from 14.04.
Personal update went fine while using almost same card (HD 5750.) but
was already using radeon driver.

radeon driver worked with older version?
