Piedro, in the bug description I specifically said that "Adding any
options would not fix this bug, which is about menus being hidden *by
default*". So no, this is not about adding options. (Which is why,
incidentally, the purported "Desired change" is irrelevant to this bug.)

to waste screen space with ever presents menu when
- you use them about 0-2% of the application usage time
- Unity has HUD which is a better alternative to menus
- it literally takes 0.2 seconds to show them (time y
Now, adding comment editing functionalities to launchpad so that one can
correct his typos, that would be a nice feature.
