thks,
I solved my issue by coping the source.list of another computer of mine.
And in fact the update and the installs worked well.
I do not know what I miss selected during the install procedure (the
computer get a very fresh install when I experience the bug).

Hi, sharing my workaround for this issue using docker image.
FROM ubuntu:18.04
ADD
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/s/systemd/libudev1_237-3ubuntu10_amd64.deb
libudev1_237-3ubuntu10_amd64.deb
RUN dpkg -i libudev1_237-3ubuntu10_amd64.deb
ADD
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/s
Is there a workaround for this? We're struggling to run builds and would
love to know if there's something we can do to avoid this
