What is the point of installing runtime libraries by hand?
The idea is that you install some application that you want to use, and
it pulls the library packages as dependencies.

The problem is that without a default package, how does one install all
the runtime libraries without installing all the dev stuff ?
So far I've found that installing this
"sudo apt install qt5-gtk-platformtheme qttranslations5-l10n
libqt5core5a libqt5dbus5 libqt5gui5 libqt5network5 libqt5svg5
But the package name says `qt5-*`. Are the `qt6-*` packages for Qt 5 ?!?

Qt 4 was removed, Qt 5 is now default, so that package is no longer
needed.
** Changed in: qtbase-opensource-src (Ubuntu)
