I have libgweather 3.36.1-1~ubuntu20.04.1 installed for quite some time
now, the weather appears in gnome-shell without any problems, gnome-
weather shows the weather for four cities, three in Europe and one in
Africa, also without any problems.

Accepted libgweather into focal-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libgweather/3.36.1-1~ubuntu20.04.1
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
