Touch seeded packages
the problem seems to me that memory allocation issue with higher
resolution monitor.
When issue happening, the grub shell not able to read some files
(depends on current memory usage).
For instance, I create 20M, 30M, 40M, 50M ... 80M, 90M, 100M, 101M, 102M
... 110M, 120M, 130M, etc... files and
