@Ivo: I second Michael’s request, can you please file a separate bug
report at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webbrowser-
app/+filebug to better track the issue? Note that I am able to reproduce
the issue on my krillin.

Hi Ivo,
This looks like a separate issue to the one described in this bug,
could you file a new bug report for it against both the keyboard and
webbrowser-app (since from your description it sounds like it might be
something specific to the webbrowser)

Hi everyone,
I'm having a similar issue on my E4.5 with the latest rc-proposed
builds, now I'm at r485.
I can reproduce this behavior every time:
1) Open Browser
2) Switch to private tab
3) tap search bar
4) Keyboard won't popup.
So, to fix it I do this:
1) Open message app
2) Create a new m

there is a race at startup that causes the backend server to lock up so
