I reported this in the Freedesktop's Bugzilla, (hopefully) following the
rules for suggesting a new layout. I think this bug is not relevant

It indeed is, however I can't find how to set the "wishlist flag". You
set the status to "Incomplete". What is missing for this "bug" to be
confirmed?
Can I help for the integration of these new layouts?
