Seeing this again on krillin in build 44+. The log was showing we tried to
restart EDS 10 times and it still didn't get started.
I would suggest doing two things:
1) after the 10th time trying to restart EDS, exit the address-book-service,
which should cause upstart to restart it. make sure to ad

Steps to attempt to get a crash file or further debug:
add this to your "/etc/profile" : ulimit -c unlimited
and this to your upstart job
+env G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all
+env ADDRESS_BOOK_SERVICE_DEBUG=On
these last lines will increase the debug messages

The problem here is that sometimes EDS is not getting started or starts
and crashes. Whenever the contacts are blank, ps reveals that evolution-
addressbook-factory is not running. This should get started by dbus
activation, and we've now explicitly started it via the address-book-
service.conf ups
