Thanks Iain! That should fix the most pressing issue.
I think it would still be good to rename that pc file to something else
though, ideally also indicating in the name that it's ubuntu-specific,
so app developers don't think it's upstream and then wonder why things
won't compile elsewhere.

Jim pointed me to this. I'll take a look. We have the pcfile because we
move some plugins downstream from -bad to -good, and this includes the
gstphotography library. We made it so that the -bad pcfile has Requires
on this new one, so that upstream software does not have to be modified.
