Thanks Iain! That should fix the most pressing issue. I think it would still be good to rename that pc file to something else though, ideally also indicating in the name that it's ubuntu-specific, so app developers don't think it's upstream and then wonder why things won't compile elsewhere. --

Jim pointed me to this. I'll take a look. We have the pcfile because we move some plugins downstream from -bad to -good, and this includes the gstphotography library.
