Public bug reported: After upgrading an Ubuntu server from Lucid -> Precise -> Trusty the command: tc -s class show dev eth0 no longer shows rates for my classification bands. This worked in Lucid, but not sure if something changed, or if I need to set some system configuration to make it work a
