if it can help anyone, I had this problem on normal update/upgrade on 16.04.05 LTS if you notice the error message: /usr/local/bin/ckbcomp: not found my ckbcomp was in BIN not LOCAL/BIN. I copied it to BIN and rerun update/upgrade and the upgrade completely successfully. sorted. -- You receive
